Generation Failed

If an AI generation fails:

1. Check your credit balance — you need sufficient credits
2. Try a different model — some models may be temporarily unavailable
3. Simplify your prompt — very complex prompts can cause failures
4. Check your image input — ensure reference images are under 15 MB

Credits are automatically refunded when generation fails.

Canvas Not Loading

• Clear your browser cache and refresh
• Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
• Check your internet connection

Shopify Integration Issues

• Verify your store connection in Settings > Integrations
• Re-authorize if your token has expired
• Ensure you have the necessary Shopify permissions
