Manage Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Clickraft subscription.
Manage your subscription plan, billing cycle, and payment methods from the billing settings.
Accessing Billing
Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard to view your current plan, credit balance, and billing history.
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
- Takes effect immediately — You get access to the new plan's features and credits right away
- Prorated billing — You only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle
- Additional credits — The difference in monthly credits between your old and new plan is added to your balance
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time.
- Takes effect at the end of your billing period — You keep your current plan's features until the cycle ends
- No immediate changes — Your credit balance and team access remain unchanged until the new plan starts
- Member limits — If the new plan has a lower member limit, you may need to remove team members before the downgrade takes effect
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings.
- Access until period end — Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period
- Credits preserved — Any remaining purchased credits stay in your account
- Subscription credits — Monthly subscription credits will not renew after cancellation
- Data retention — Your workflows and generated content remain accessible
Canceling does not delete your account or data. You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access.
Billing Portal
Click Manage Billing in the billing settings to access the self-service billing portal where you can:
- Update your payment method (credit card)
- View and download invoices
- Update billing information (company name, address, tax ID)
- View payment history
Payment Methods
Clickraft accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans — Billed on the same date each month
- Yearly plans — Billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date
- Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
Common Scenarios
| Scenario | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Upgrade mid-cycle | Immediate access, prorated charge |
| Downgrade mid-cycle | Current plan until cycle end, then switches |
| Cancel mid-cycle | Current plan until cycle end, then stops |
| Payment fails | Plan enters past-due state; generation paused until resolved |
| Resubscribe after cancel | Pick any plan, fresh billing cycle starts |
