Collaboration
Work together with your team in real-time on the same canvas.
Clickraft supports real-time collaboration, allowing multiple team members to work on the same workflow simultaneously. Changes are synced instantly, and each collaborator can see what others are doing.
How It Works
When multiple team members open the same workflow, they enter a real-time collaboration session:
- Live cursors — See where each team member's cursor is on the canvas
- Instant sync — All changes (adding nodes, editing prompts, moving elements, creating connections) appear in real time for all participants
- Scoped undo/redo — Your undo/redo history only affects your own actions, so undoing won't revert a teammate's work
- Conflict-free — The collaboration engine handles concurrent edits automatically, so two people can work on different parts of the canvas without conflicts
Requirements
- All collaborators must be members of the same organization
- A stable internet connection is required for real-time sync
- Your plan must support the number of team members — see Plans & Pricing
Getting Started
- Invite team members to your organization from Settings > Members
- Open a workflow — any member with access can open the same workflow
- Start working — changes sync automatically, no setup required
Scoped Undo/Redo
A key feature of Clickraft collaboration is scoped undo/redo:
Cmd/Ctrl + Zonly undoes your changes- Your teammates' edits are not affected by your undo actions
- This prevents accidental reversion of others' work
Undo/redo is scoped to the current session. If you close and reopen the workflow, previous undo history is not available.
Tips
- Use Group nodes to visually divide the canvas into sections when multiple people are working simultaneously
- Communicate about which parts of the workflow each person is working on to avoid overlapping edits
- The collaboration connection reconnects automatically if your internet drops briefly
