What is Clickraft?

Clickraft is an AI-powered visual creation platform where you can start from scratch or begin with ready-made templates built for high-value use cases — ad campaigns, product marketing, social media content, landing page visuals, promotional videos, brand storytelling, and sales materials. The experience is built around a visual canvas with connected nodes, letting you explore ideas in a flexible, non-linear way. Key strengths include Brand Models (preserve your brand identity and style across campaigns) and Product Models (reuse hero assets across different scenes while keeping them visually consistent).

Who is Clickraft for?

Clickraft is designed for:

What AI models are available?

Clickraft integrates models from multiple providers:

• Google — Imagen (images) and Veo (video) for photorealistic, high-quality output
• fal.ai — Flux and other models for creative, stylized content and fast generation
• OpenAI — Image models and Sora for versatile generation with strong prompt comprehension

How do credits work?

Every AI generation costs credits. Credits are deducted before generation starts and automatically refunded if the generation fails. Your subscription includes monthly credits, and you can purchase additional Credit Packs that never expire.

Is there a free plan?

Visit clickraft.ai/pricing for current plan options, including any free tier availability.

Can I use my own images?

Yes. Use the Image node to upload photos from your computer or paste from your clipboard. You can also import product images directly from your Shopify store using the Shopify Import node.

What image formats are supported?

Clickraft supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP for image uploads, with a maximum file size of 15 MB. Generated images can be downloaded in these formats as well.

What video formats are supported?

Generated videos are delivered in MP4 format. Duration and resolution depend on the selected video model — see Video Models for details.

Can multiple people work on the same workflow?

Yes. Clickraft supports real-time collaboration — multiple team members can work on the same canvas simultaneously. You'll see live cursors and changes sync instantly. All collaborators must be members of the same organization.

How does undo/redo work in collaboration?

Undo/redo is scoped to your own actions. When you press Cmd/Ctrl + Z, it only undoes your changes — not your teammates'. This prevents accidental reversion of others' work.

Who owns the generated content?

You own all content generated through Clickraft. Generated images and videos belong to your organization and can be used commercially, published to your store, or downloaded for any purpose.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your workflows, uploaded images, and generated content are private to your organization. Data is not shared with other users or used to train AI models.

What browsers are supported?

Clickraft works best in modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.

Can I integrate with platforms other than Shopify?

Currently, Shopify is the primary e-commerce integration. Amazon, WooCommerce, and Google Merchant integrations are on the roadmap.
